Research Interests:
My main research focus is on the expressive cultures of in the Middle Eastern societies, with particular emphasis on the Israeli and the Palestinian societies. I examine the interrelation between expressive culture and the identity building processes through the production of meanings. This includes researches on the socio cultural aspects of language, art, spatial relations, the material culture, such as buildings, and ideology. |
